which makes the raising and distribution of invoices a quick and simple task.

The Invoice Manager
The Invoice Manager allows you to view all invoices relating to
the Contact that you are currently viewing. Invoices can be raised
automatically from the Order Manager, or
can be created manually by adding items to the Invoice.
The Invoice Manager show all items on each invoice, within sections if sections have
been specified for the different items. The Invoice Total and Balance Due are also
displayed.
The Transaction Manager shows all the Transactions that have been made against the invoice
being viewed, including payments received (cash, cheque, standing order etc.), credit notes,
and refunds.
The integration with the Order Manager means that should an item be cancelled or removed
from an Order after it has been invoiced, then the necessary Credit Notes (and
Refunds if the item has already been paid for) will be created automatically for you.

Emailing Invoices
Invoices can easily be emailed to a contact. By using the Contact's details from the
Contact Manager, and combining this with Business Builder´s™ Email Template
utilities, emails can be created with the Invoice documents attached at the click of a
button, with no further typing of information required.
Integration with the Document Manager means that emails that are sent can automatically
be stored with all other documents that have been sent to or received from a Contact.

Printing Invoices
Invoice Document layouts can be defined using the in-built [ Report Manager ], enabling any
layout, including pictures and business logos.
Addresses are automatically formatted according to the address information, the country of
the contact, and the address formatting information that is specified.
Invoice formats can be specified to use the Sections of an invoice, and include sectional
totals, as well as grand invoice totals.
Receipted invoices can also be produced by including payments received against the invoice,
and the outstanding Balance Due.
Any invoice that can be printed can be emailed also.

Chasing debts
The Debt Manager within Business Builder™ allows you to easily identify invoices that
are late for payment.
The Debt Manager enables you to print and email payment chasers with details relating
to the invoices that are overdue for payment, and this can all be completed with
a couple of button clicks.
You can enter notes against each debt within the debt ledger, so that when it is time to
send further chasers, notes are immediately available to view to remind you of any
specific circumstances, e.g. "Mr Jones 'phoned to say he would send the cheque today."
The Debt Ledger will also maintain the number of chasers that have been sent to a contact.
Integration with the [ Document Manager ] means that all documentation and chasers sent to a
contact will automatically be stored in the Document Manager.

Payment Reminders
Payment reminders can easily be emailed to a contact, or printed for posting. By using the Contact's details from the
Contact Manager, and combining this with Business Builder´s™ Email Template
