   Customer Relationship Manager

Tasks Manager
The Tasks Manager allows you to keep a track of tasks that have been completed, and Tasks that need to be completed. Tasks can be viewed for an individual Contact, enabling you to see at a glance whether something has been completed as expected.

Completed Tasks, Outstanding Tasks, and Overdue Tasks can easily be viewed.

You may also view Tasks for ALL Contacts enabling you to see all Overdue Tasks.

Tasks can be assigned to different users of Business Builder™ thereby delegating them to other members of your team.

Notes
The Notes Manager provides the facility to add any number of notes to a Contact´s record for later reference.

Notes can be arranged in a Folder structure, so that you can have separate notes relating to Finances, Order progress, current Sales pipeline status, or whatever you require.

A powerful Search facility allows you to look for a specific not for a particular contact, or across all contact records.

With full rich-text editing facilities, important aspects of notes can be highlighted.




Document Manager
Documents and information are central to your CRM solution. The Document Manager enables you to store all information relating to a Contact within their Contact records. This ensures that you have all information within one place, whether it be letters, faxes, emails or telephone conversations.

The Document Manager is integrated with the Letter Template Manager and emailing facilities so that printed and emailed documents are automatically stored in the Document Manager for later reference.

Documents can be marked as Private - these can only be viewed by the person who created the document. Documents can also be Protected; a protected document can only be deleted by the user who created it.

Diary
The Business Builder™ diary provides the facilities you would expect from a standard Diary / PIM system. The diary centralises date specific information such as your Tasks, Meetings and other Events, and can also integrate information from other modules that have date dependent data. For example, it is possible to view in the Diary all Orders that are created on particular days.

Calendar entries and Tasks can be entered directly into the Diary, and in both cases they can be general entries, or can be linked to a specific Contact.

The Diary can be viwed by Month, by Week, or by Day. From the Diary you are able to easily indentify what you need to be doing on any given day, and can easily see the Meetings and Tasks that are coming up in the future. This is essential to maintaing your CRM standards within your business.
